Cancel mode 3: Execute only if residual exists

This cancel mode will suppress the execution of a command if no residual time exists. The time argument of the command must be set to 0.

 Example for executing only if residual exists

; The 'Feedback' Picture will only be displayed if a response has been made
; because only if the stimulus is aborted a residual exists
