Cancel mode 4: Ignore residual

This cancel mode causes the command to ignore a time residual from a previous command. This mode transfers the residual to later commands.

 Example for ignoring residual times

; Responses earlier than 2500 ms produce a residual because of cancel mode 2
; The FB command sends one of two alternative control sequences for coding the response.
; Because of cancel mode 4, SS-commands ignore the residual and preserve it for the CS command
