Modified syntax due to conceptual changes

RUNBLOCK command has been simplified by only supporting valid trials. Use the new RUNBLOCKW command to run a set of warmup trials.

MAXERROR has been changed to provide only one Trial Window instead warmup and valid, since RUNBLOCK command has been changed

TI//SI/LI trial commands have been changed to simplify how to pre-render images to back buffer, saving images from back buffer as pictures, and transferring images from back buffer to visible buffer

Staircases have been redesigned

SW trial command (Single Word) presentation has been redesigned

TRANSPOS session command to define touch-sensitive areas has been removed and replaced by TP and TL trial commands
